My name is Steve Spiro. I am the broker and owner of ERET Inc. dba Option ARMs Direct. I am a real estate investor with over 30 years of experience in real estate finance. Option ARMs have been my loan of choice for over 15 years because they keep my payments and my interest rate as low as possible. They can keep your payments and interest rate low too. This type of loan has gone from a niche product to main stream over the last couple of years. Two factors have caused this.  The first factor is increased demand by borrowers, because of the low monthly mortgage payments and stable interest rates charged.  The second factor is that these loans were only portfolio products offered by a few savings and loans. Now these loans are purchased from lenders in the secondary market. As a result, there is now good  availability of a growing variety of these loans to meet the increasing demand by borrowers. This means better deals for you. We have tracked the development of the growing availibility of this product and can offer you a wide range of Option ARM programs and terms.
